Please help me guys..
I am on AC-21 and with I-140 approved and I-485 pending more than 2 years, this is my 3rd EAD, and I dont know what went wrong this time in approving my EAD.
I applied for EAD on july 14th and my current EAD expires on oct 12th.. I am getting worried about this, as NSC is already past my date in processing EAD's. There is no change in my case status online and no RFE's..
Can I get interim EAD before my EAD expires ? july has 31 days and august has 31 days, so officialy on oct 12th it will be 90 days ( :-( ),
What did most of you guys do when your EAD expired and did not get Interim EAD and also have no H1's to back you ?
I heard, some people's EAD are on Hold which is causing more panic for me, because in those cases people say, the local office will not give Interim EAD's, untill the HOLD is removed..
