This was her 1st AP application. Her EAD renewal is pending (ND 3/24/04). Applied for my (primary applicant) EAD (ND 4/14/04) - that has triggered 140- RFE (ability to pay - requested Company tax return and my W-2 - repliy received May 5, 04) - so hoping for 140/my EAD/wife's EAD soon!
