AP approved - can't believe this crap!

TCS approved my wife's and my advance parole ND middle of July '03 and not our I-485's. I was thinking that when the officer reviews our AP applications s/he would check our I-485's and seeing that it's pending from 07/31/01 would approve that instead. Now I have nothing to hope for, except wait!

My AP RD 06/06/2003 was approved on 01/30/2004 after nearly 8 months and they have not looked into my I-485 yet.

3 EAD's and 3 AP's planning to apply for my fourth EAD next week which is expiring on 06/14/2004 since I cannot count on TSC.
 
AP/EAD has no effect on 485 approval

AP/EAD approvals have no effect on 485 approval. One has to wait. Technically speaking, an EAD/AP may be approved followed by a transfer of 485 to local-office as well. One cannot predict any of this as it is independent.
 
I am in the same boat.
My lawyer told me that I need to renew my 4th EAD and 4th AP. I received the docs from my lawyer yesterday and I am going to mail them today. My EAD will expired in May,2004.
Here is my details:

I-485 RD:6/30/2001
ND:7/30/2001
FP:5/03
still waiting...
 
AP - ND 4/2003... RFE for I-140 copy and reply received by TSC on 29th Dec 2003 ...No approval yet.
I did my FP on 30th Jan 2004... May be i will get my 485 approval instead AP.

Did you get AP approval after RFE. I had applied 5/03 had same RFE as Xaxis, responded to RFE and still waiting after 9 months
 
That is not the way it works. That you apply for AP/EAD and at the same time they will look your 485 case to clear. If they will become such efficient a 2001 filer not going to wait for action on his case in 2004 .............................

Online status shows that my AP was approved on 02/02/2004. My RD is 05/27/2003.

Check this out ...
AP notice date 04/18/2003.
RFE issued on 12/10/2003 for I-140 and received after 3 weeks.
RFE reply on 01/10/04.
No action yet.

Although, since then there have been an RFE issued for I-485 (Employment verification letter and reason for not registering in National Registration) which was replied on 01/29/04. No news yet!!!!
 
no AP approval either

My AP's ND was 4/21/03. RFE for proof of I-140 approval was sent to TSC on 12/22/03. The on-line message shows it will take another 150 to 180 days. Oh god, give me a break.
