ap approved but not recieved in mail

My AP approved on12/19/03, but not received in mail .
---- If you filed AP through lawyer he will receive the approved AP. Check with lawyer. If you applied directly then it should reach you in mail
It is already 2 weeks.
---- May be late due to holydays, I hope you may get AP Monday/Tuesday
I have to go to INDIA , it is an emergecy.
What are my options?
----- You can go to local USCIS with BCIS print out that shows AP approved and the AP filing receipt and they may need documentary proof of emergency and may issue you AP
