AP approved by CSC (NSC>CSC>NSC 485 AUG1st 2007) on Nov 26 2007. Not yet received. Status still says " Approved and sent document on Nov 26 2007". What are my options to get an AP?
I called USCIS and they asked to apply again as "new" application?
Is there a SR i can open to make them print the document and send it.
(BTW the status never changed to "Document mailed")
