AP approvals

Does anyone know till which AP receipt #s INS has reached ?
My AP receipt # is WAC-01-270-xxxxx
RD: 07/19/01

Has INS reached 270 #s or is it behind/ahead ?
Any inputs will help knowing whether I should be getting mine or not.

I saw a note from someone whose RD is in Aug saying that he got his AP!! And he is way ahead of me.
