After approval, does AP go to the applicant or lawyer?

My lawyer filed it, but INS sent me an RFE for I-140 copy, not lawyer.

Approved on 11/5.

The AP will always be sent to the applicant even if the lawyer filed it for you.

Jaxen and bajis, my ND was 04/09/03, approved on 11/5, 2 weeks after I sent my RFE for I-140 copy. Not sure what the address was on the G-28.
