AP Approval in Boston INS

Does anybody know if Boston INS will approve Advance parole eventhough an application for AP is pending in Vermont Service Center.My RD for Advance Parole is 4/30/2003 and I need to travel to India next week.

Looking at the current processing times(30-60 days) in VSC I think your AP approval may take some time., though sometimes you can be lucky.

Well you can allways approach the local office citing emergency.
Emergency reason(like a doctors letter etc) is needed.
 
Boston INS does not entertain AP

Boston INS does not entertain Advance Parole.They asked us to send fax to Vermont Service Center to expedite the process.
 
Supporting document for AP approval

After faxing a request to expedite AP approval in VSC,i received a call asking for supporting document.Does anyone know what documents to send.
