How long does it take for AP to get approved at CSC?

these days it takes more than 4 month

Also if you get RFE it will take more than 5 month

BTW,
When I enter my WAC into the on-line BCIS system it now knows nothing about it ( have tried several times over several days)

"The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time"

Last week it gave me a sensible message. Is this a good sign or a bad sign?
