AP-Approval, Am I right?

Today, I checked in USCIS web site. It says the following message (No emails). Document mailed means is it a approval? or it should say 'Approval Notice Sent'?. Please clarify.


Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status: Document mailed to applicant.

On November 9, 2007 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

I am 90% positive that its an approval.

You may have missed the online message such as "we have approved this case on x date" which usually happens a couple of days before the approval notice.

I am not an expert but to me that is an RFE sent to you - approval would something like this

Actually mine got approved on 7th Nov, 07 - Ask you attorney if you have one.

I got the same message as you mentioned on Nov 1st. It said

But I am yet to receive the Travel Document. I called customer service and he said to wait for 90 days. I have a travel plan next week. I was wondering is there a way i can expedite the approved mail. Can i send a fax to deliver it soon. My travel is not an emergency. Can i just send my itinerary and say to expedite it.
Alo i have a finger print notice next week. Can i ask for temporary parole there. I will be out of the country for only 10 days. I do have a valid visa but no stamp.last time the visa stamp was an ordeal ,so i decided not to do it again and postponed my trip till i am eligible for AP.
Any inputs.

Actually my wife's AP came to our Attorney and we received that from Attorney's office. So I am waiting to hear from them next week.

When I called TSC,where our APs are approved,they asked for my zipcode.Also how long was from showing approved online to your attorney receiving it.Also after how many days you got it.Any inputs.

From approval to gettting that physical in mail took 7/10 days

Thanks for the info. Does it mean you getting it or your attorney getting it. I am a little tensed as my wife will be travelling very soon using the AP. Its getting postponed due to AP mail.Thanks in advance.
