What do I write in seperate piece of paper explaining reason ?
AM EB3 cat I-485 applicant.

What is the fee for renewal ?

DO I need to send self addressed envelope for the receipt
of application to come?

I am filling for renewal for fisty time without lawyer-

No need to send self addressed envelope. Search the archives for the reason letter... It is a simple I want to visit my home country while adjustment is pending kind...

CSC site says that All Forms I-131, Applications for Travel Document (Re-entry Permit or Refugee Travel Document only), are filed with the Nebraska Service Center.
