AP - Application

I want to apply for Advance Paraol - actually I do not have any concrete plans to visist India right away. But, I am just thinking, it would be helpful in case I need to travel on Emergency.

Can I do this? If so what will be the better reason I can give for travel on application ( to get approval )

Or In case of emergency travel (like death of family member) will there be any provisions in law for the people not having AP to make travel?

Just go for it Man!

It's good idea to apply for AP and keep it ready if you don't have a valid H1 visa. It always helps. Don't rely on getting same day AP. You will end up spending more and eat up lota time when you are under some emergency situation!
Its matter of 100-120 dollars..go for it.
