AP application form question

Hi, guys,

can anyone tell me how to explain "what circumstances warrant issuance of Advance Parole" and what documents should be considered? Thanks.

fill up the form attach copy of I-485 fing reciept, I-140 filing recept(I-140 reciept/ approval copy is not must if you read the insturctions on form but NSC is sending RFE to many) 2 photograps, fee check and write the reason like meeting parents or any valid reason, you are authorised to get AP when I-1485 is pending
