AP Application Form, Part 7

In AP application form, Part 7: "On a separate sheet(s) of paper, please explain how you qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrant issuance of advnace parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered."

How do you guys fill out this part? Can I just say it's been 3 years since my last visit to my parents? What would be an acceptable circumstance?

What did you fill in "Class of Admission" ?

I guess you are using new i-131 form.
What did you fill in "Class of Admission" in Part I, Item # 3.
 
Actually I want to ask the same question ... what do I fill out for Class of Admission?

This is my first time applying for an AP.

I guess it meant my original entry status? Like H1B?

Anyone else used the new AP form?

Last entry status

"Class of Admission" is last entry status. If you have entered
in H1B and now even if you have started using EAD (dont
have H1 anymore) you still need to put H1.
