It appears that even though the I-485 approvals ar on hold, other applications are being approved.

MY EAC is pretty much the same

Havent been approved yet. May be its just a matter of time.

EAD was approved though.

All 485 "final approvals" are presently on hold while the INS installs some changes to the IBIS to do a name check. This is supposed to check for people with terrorist links/names.

It been 2 weeks since we saw an approval.

My AP is expiring on Dec 25th. I would like to do it myself for me/wife/kid.

> 3 photographs (side view) with the A# written in pencil on the back of each photo with a pencil
> Check for $ 110
> Copy of 1-485 receipt
> Letter saying why you need AP (I485 pending, need to go home)
> Passport Page indicating the initial admission as a permanent resident
> Front and back of your I94
> Driving license copy - front & back
