My wife and I have filed 485 in Feb 2002. We finished FP and have received EAD and AP. Both of us are currently on H1, and my wife doesn't have her H1 stamped in the passport. She only has the approval notice. My wife is planning to go to a different country than the one(Muscat) that was netioned in the AP application(India). She has her H4 stamping in the passport, but it expired last year. How can she travel? Do we have to get a new AP for the country she is palnning on visiting. Will she have any problem at POE as she doesn't have her H1 stamped? Will it affect our GC processing. Please advise with the procedure as to how to go about it.
