I filed for AOS in June 2001 when I was still in F1 status. Since then I have been work on EAD and also gotten Advanced Parol. I am thinking about going to back to China next month. However, I wonder whether I would have trouble to enter this country when I return. The reason is because when one person filed for AOS, s/he lost his/her non-immigration status. Since I filed for AOS, I know my stay is legal when I waiting for the AOS decision. So, I don't know what my status is ? (AOS pending ?) Is this going to cause trouble when I return ?
