AP and EAD writable Forms - Please help

Gurus,

Can we handwrite on the AP and EAD applications forms? Or should we use a writable form?

If we need to use writable forms, would you please post copies on this thread?

I found one for 131 but it "expired" on 6/2004

You can definitely handwrite on these forms. That's how I submitted mine.
 
What address do me mail the forms to ?

Is it chicago address for Employment Based Applications. My 485 is pending with VSC.

As u mentioned your 485 is pending with VSC you will have to mail it to the following address:
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Vermont Service Center
75 Lower Welden Street
Saint Albans, VT 05479-0001

I am assuming that yours is a employment based application and not family based..
