I am in USA on H4 status. My husband's EB2 application will be current in April 08. I would be filing for my 485, AP and EAD in the first week on April. However I need to travel outside the country in early April therefore I would not be able to wait till I get the receipt notice.
My question is would I have any problems in my application if I leave USA before receiving the receipt notice. If my husband's GC is not approved I plan to return using my H4 status in the last week of April. However if his GC is approved he would mail me the AP which I could use to re-enter.
Please let me know if there is any problem in this scenario. My travel is an emergency.
