AOS vrs JOB OFFER ?

Hello Good people of this forum. can anyone help me on this?

my sponsor is not financially sound at the moment,but he's gotten me a job that i can begin as soon as my processes are completed.

He owns a house and i'll be living with him till my wife and child joins me. ie when i take an appartment.

now my question... is that enough for him to complete my I 864 form?

i also have a question on dat. Got a friend who is being issued an affidavit of support by someone who works but does not have landed property yet. But has sufficient money in his account. Will that be problematic?
