Aos unauthorized work

Hey,how are you?
I’m salem from jordan i won in dv lottery 2023 while I’m in usa E2 business visa , i want to make Aos ,the expiration date for visa is January/2024
And my question is i worked in door dash for one day(just one day) without authorization i was had no idea, its effect on Aos ?
I deleted the account from doordash
And if do it from my country bu Kcc they will denied it too like USCIS?

There's a question on the I-485 which asks if one has ever worked in the US without authorization - you will need to answer YES to that question as you're required to truthfully answer all questions asked. This will probably impact an AOS approval, as that means you're now out of status due to that violation, regardless of if the unauthorized work was for one day, one week, one month, or half a day. FYI, deleting the app does not necessarily delete the tracing of the unauthorized work.

I haven't seem the DS260 form of late, I don't know if there's a section on it that also asks about prior status violation in the US.

The ds-260 don’t ask about if i have unauthorized work before ,but they asked about ssn

Then you should be okay processing CP in that case.

Unauthorized work, for no matter what length of time, makes you forever ineligible for AOS (except in Immediate Relative category and a few other special cases). So you need to do CP.
