form G-325A biographic information form. This form has four pages, all
with the same information. When the INS begins processing the AOS
case, they send out the G-325A pages as follows:

1. One page goes to the INS records division;

2. One page goes to the FBI to look for domestic and international
criminal activity;

3. One page goes to the consulate that has jurisdiction over the
applicant, to request any information that the consular post may have
about the applicant; and,

4. One page goes to the CIA to determine if the applicant has ever
been involved with terrorist groups or international drug dealers.
