HI, I'm new here, hoping somebody would help me with this: I'm trying to fill the forms to apply for family based gren card. I've been married for year and a half already, and I;m worrying about my application because my husband has never worked (he is kind of an anti-system native american guy). Anyway, we filled taxes together for last two years, my income matches the poverty lines, but I've been working with no work permit: does it matter? Does it make any difference? Would two years of meeting the poverty lines be enough or do I need to look for an additional/joint sponsor?
