AOS Portablity with No I140 receipt number - Attorneys please advice

My current employer is not sharing any I140 information and Labor cert information as it belongs to the company.

My I485 has been pending more than 180 days and my I140 is approved(The attorney emailed saying approved).

I have a new offer and already in the process of tranferring my H1B, wondering on how to port my AOS without the I140 receipt number and no Labor copy.

I have my 485 receipt, EAD and Advance Parole. I do have my job description that was put in my Labor Cert.

Attorneys and Gurus please advice on how I should proceed

Then you have all the information you need. If you want to notify USCIS, then give them the specifics of your new job and all will be well. You do not need your I-140 number, USCIS already knows it.
