Hi all I am an assylum applicant who came to the US 3 years ago with B1 visa. My application is pending on federal apeal currently. Denied by IJ and BIA. I am going into a genuine marriage with a US citizen in few weeks.
What is the procedure to stay my removability?
What is the practice in granting me I 131 petition?
Can I renew my EAD in the meantime?
 
There are some very specific steps that you need to take and I suggest that you obtain legal representation.

You Can File For I-131 Through The Marriage, You Will Be More Than Fine, If You Choose To Get A Lawyer That Would Be Fine Too.

In Some Case You Would Be Eligible Of Witholding Removal, Which Means That Your Asylum Was Denied But You Can Still Remain Indefinitely In Usa, With No Possibily Of Applying For Green Card After A Year.
