AOS Interview !!!, Without I-130

Hello friends,
I have an interview for my AOS (I-485) in two weeks from today, day for day. My questions is: Is it possible to have an AOS inteview without having the I-130 approve? Thank you in advance for your inputs.
 
I-130 approval decision is based on interview decision do they won't approve anything your interview is approved.
 
Thank you filer 2008, I really appreciated your inputs. But i dont understand it really well. Please could you rephrase it for me? Again thank you.
 
What I have noticed in the forum here is that officers usually approve I-130 and I-485 at the same time during interview. However, I have also read postings where I-130 files were missing and officer was not able to approve the case right at the spot.
