AOS Interview Questions for Sibling petition (FB-4 category)

Hi All,

Please does anyone have any idea of what kind of questions are being asked in the AOS interview for sibling petition(FB-4 category)? Has anyone being a beneficiary or derivitive of this kind of application? Please kindly share your AOS experience.

I noticed that there is a lot of information regarding marriage petition and parent-child petitions on the forum, but hardly any on sibling petition...

Anyone who has any experience to share will be highly appreciated.

I noticed that there is a lot of information regarding marriage petition and parent-child petitions on the forum, but hardly any on sibling petition...

I doubt there's very much to ask. Unlike a marriage-based or employment-based petition, sibling and parent petitions sole basis for eligibility is a blood relationship, so there's almost no chance for fraud. And there's little incentive since the wait for FB4 is so long.....

The only areas for issue might be legal status and/or criminal history.
