knowing that this forum is very very helpful i would like to ask some questions. Our interview is very close ,and please guys i count on your help about some concerns:
1 My wife's (USC) driving license is reinstating(not paid ticket year ago)but we have I.D, so can be this problem
2 at time when we filed application for adjustment of status we didnt enclose letter from my wife employer because she was not workin at the time (thats why we had co-sponsor) but since this february she have job and we have letter of her employer ,same for me i didnt had ead at time but noe i have and i have job and i have letter from my employer can not including letter from employer at the begingig be an issue
3 lawyer told us to bring him co-sponsor taxes for 2005 ,but do we need to make new affidavit(aplication submited octomber 2005with affidavit)
4 for proof od citezenship form my sposnor i have PHOTOCOPIES from my uncle naturalization certificate amd fromhims wife copy of passport,so can this be problem one certificat and one copy of passport (photocopies)
5 i have 2003,2004,2005 from my wife and cosponsor taxes ,so should i take all those or only 2005(new requirement)and from me i only have 2005 joint with my wife even i was not workin
so one more time please please help

1. No that is no problem, but if she is the USC then she must bring her birth certificate or passport and the ID, the immigration officer normally make copies of the id's.
2. that is normal. That is why you had co-sponsor, and yes you must bring your employer and her employer letter and last pay stubs just to show that you are working.
3. correct. Your affidavit is still valid unless your wife now makes enough money to be your sponsor in the affidavit so then you make a new one, but stay as you are right now. Do you and your wife file tax together, I assume, so bring the transcripts with you and the tax returns.
4. Should not be, but I am not sure.
5. the 2005 and yes the joint return, very important.

Good luck,

No. This interivew is about you, not her.

Take it with you to the interview. It wont be a problem

3 lawyer told us to bring him co-sponsor taxes for 2005 ,but do we need to make new affidavit(aplication submited octomber 2005with affidavit)
You dont need another affidavit unless the financial situation changed. I think the lawyer meant for you to bring the co-sponsor's 1040

4 for proof od citezenship form my sposnor i have PHOTOCOPIES from my uncle naturalization certificate amd fromhims wife copy of passport,so can this be problem one certificat and one copy of passport (photocopies)
You meant co-sponsor, dint you? Most probably this will not be asked for, but photocopies should be good to carry to the interivew. It wont matter what the photocopy is from as long as it proves that the co-sponsor is a citizen.

5 i have 2003,2004,2005 from my wife and cosponsor taxes ,so should i take all those or only 2005(new requirement)and from me i only have 2005 joint with my wife even i was not workin

Take all. The officer probably may not ask for it as the new rule requires tax docs only from the most recent year, but it doesnt hurt to carry 3 more sheets of paper to the interview ;)
