Urgent : F1--> H4,AOS questions
Guys ,
I'm in a similar situation.
Here is the story.
I'm on H1 and she's on F-1 at the time we applied EAD/485/AP.
I also applied for H4 as a back up ,just a week before applying to AOS.
In the EAD/485/AP forms her status is still F1 as we'd just applied for H4 a week back.
A month back H4 has been approved and now I see RFE's on her EAD ,AP asking for more information.
I don't have the RFE details yet.
Question is:
Changing the status from F1 --> H4 would cause any problems in the processing?
As far as I'm concerned H4 has been applied first ,so it's got a week ahead of priority date than AOS forms .And by the time INS started processing AOS forms, we already have apoproved H4 document.
Please let me know as I'm little worried about this as my EAD,AP have been approved and her's are on RFE.
