AOS for Mother- application in June 2010

Hi,
I have some questions for my moms AOS - I want to apply in june 2010-
1. She is in USA now- has 5 yr multiple entry visa- I-90 will expire in 07/22/2010- SO IF I APPLY IN FIRST WEEK OF JUNE WILL SHE BECOME ILLEGAL AFTER 7/22?
2. What should be my latest TAX RETURN DOC - IRS TRANSCRIPT to be submitted with form I-864? I hv 2006, 2007 and 2008 IRS transcript in hand now. Do I need W-2 and form 1044 to submit also or only TRANSCRIPT will do?
3. I dont have any BIRTH CERTIFICATE- only has AFFIDAVIT of date and place of birth from my mom- notorized from my home country- and it was used through out my Naturalization process. My country started to issue Birth Certificate for last 3/4 yrs only- it is difficult for me to get it in a short period of time.

A1: No, she will not be considered an overstay after 7/22. Once her I-485 is accepted, she will be considered in legal status. Make sure it is submitted a few weeks prior to her I-94 expiring.
A2: Attach the last three tax years. You should have filed for tax year 2009 by now. W-2s and pay stubs should also be attached to your I-864.
A3: If it worked during your N-400, it should still work for your mother's I-485.

I did not submit my 2009 tax return as I have extended my time till August and my returns are with my husband(married filling joint)- so no 2009 irs transcript.
My income is above required poverty line and I did'nt add my husbands income- so i dont want to submit 864-A form.
If i submit IRS TRANSCRIPT- do I need to submit W2 still?
If I submit my application in 4th June- what will be the expected date of acception of my application ?
If I need any additional doc by them then what will be my moms status after I-94 date expiration?
