Just called up CSC and the AVM said the case was approved on 01/28/02!

I joined this immigration community not long ago and received some helpful advices. I hope the above information is also helpful to the rest of the community too.
Since I am going to move out of state in March I am wondering how will INS handle the plastic card. Can I have INS mail it to my new address or I can have it made at the local INS service center? Does anyone else have the same situation/experience?
