AOS approval slow for San Jose filings?

Hi,

From PCEE's list, the Approval date for AOS filings from San Jose/Oakland is about 2-3 months later than those from LA etc.

Why the delay?

Check the fp dates...all those belong to LA would have done their FP much earlier than those belong to SJC/OAK.........That's mostly 'cause there was a time when it took as much as 7 months to get the FP notice for SJC filers and 6 months for oak filers...during the same time it took only two months for LA/SFO filers to get their FP notice..........

Many would disagree with me........but somewhat the processing order follows this pattern ND + FP done date...........

Though not always correct. But I have observed ,

ND + FP + 6 months = Bright Chances of getting approval
