AOS and Current in Aug 2013..... P.O Box address is it reliable?

i am doing AOS and Current in Aug 2013. I just sent my package to the chicago lockbox , the P.O Box address is it reliable.....? how long does it take for them to receive it and process it? thank you'all

Won DV 2013 Lottery 5/1/2012
Number is current 8/1/2013
Medicals Completed 7/3/2013
Application Package sent to Chicago lockbox 7/5/2013
Application Package received at Chicago lockbox 7/9/2013
Acknowledgement of receipt received 7/15/2013
Request for Biometrics received 7/22/2013
Biometrics Done 7/24/2013

Thanks a lot for replying....,my package got to the post office p.o box yesterday .
