AOS and Canada Landing.. HELP!!!

Hi All,

Here is my situation,

I applied for GC in US and got EAD and AP , I also got Canadian PR and need to land in Canada to keep PR active.

1. Can I do like this : land in Canada, get PR and come back US on AP without jeopardize current US GC process?.

2. Does any body get any kind of problem in US GC process after getting Canadian PR while he/she were in AOS status.

question about -> Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR)

Hi guys,

Questions please - once an application is approved, and you get Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR), HOW MUCH TIME DO THEY GIVE US TO ENTER CANADA AFTER? ONE MONTH, 6 MONTHS, ONE YEAR?

(I am still in the beginning stages of applying for Canadian PR but need to know the timing to coordinate work and studies that I do here in the U.S. - I am a Permanent Resident in the U.S.)

At POE you have to little carefully handle your case, officer may ask you about your status in USA, and if they know that you apply for GC they might give you some trouble. till the labor certificate it's ok, but as soon as I-140 is file it has been consider as GC process.
