AOS and birth certificat problem

Im now USA citizen and my wife and child have AOS interview.My problem is because I have just my old original birth certifikat from country who not more exist Yugoslavia.Originaly Im from Bosnia and Bosnia was when I was born part of Yugoslavia.Im concern officir by interiew will be confuse because my birth certif. show Im yugoslavien citizen by born and they have in USCIS record my old country and citizen is from Bosnia.What you think can this certificat make problem by interview?

My wife (the USC) falls in the same category as yours.
She was born in 1982 in Soviet Union, which of course is nomore.
Her birth certificate is from the Soviet Union, because she was born there (it got the same format as a passport, of course in cyrillic).
I'm not gonna need it for my AOS application (I need mine instead), but I needed to present it to the Italian Consulate for other paperwork and they accepted it, as long as it is accompanied with a certified translation (and proof that the translator is certified to do so).
Also, try to go to the Bosnian Consulate (or call them if they're not close to you). They should be able to certify your translation.
