Anything wrong for my I-140? (RD: Mar/11/2003)

Hi All,
I am using Labor Substitution, EB2, Concurrent filing. I-140 RD is Mar/11/2003, as of today, it's not approved yet, more than 400 days passed.
The USCIS published TSC I-140 processing date is Apr/15/2003, why there's no any response for my case, even there's no REF for me.
Anyone filed during last Mar got approved? Please post your reply sharing the info.

AD: no news yet
 
Have you done Finger Print for I-485

Askari and Hai,

Since you concurrently filed I-140 and I-485, have you done Finger Print for I-485 ?

Maybe you both will have suprised news-- I-140 and I-485 are approved concurrently!

What was the update on 4-12-2004?

Mine has changed to "350-400" days on 03/01/2004.
 
I mailed a letter to USCIS yesterday

I called the uscis several times during the last few days to start an inquiry for my I-140 case. They told me that only my company or the lawyer can initiate that

I decided to write a letter yesterday. I am hoping it will get to the right person

I've done FP Jun/2003, why did you say probabaly I-140 and I-485 could be approved simultaneous? Even they could, it is not good after 2 years later they get approved at the same time, I prefer my I-140 get approved tomorrow and I will be safer to stay in US with my EAD even got laid off......

I am also in the same boat. No update in my profile. My case last updated on 3/19/03. Really frustrated... Waiting to avail AC21 ASAP....
