Anyone with WAC No. 01- 065 - xxxx still waiting for approval?

I see a lot of approvals for WAC-numbers issued months later than my WAC-number. I had enquired with the INS about the status of my application by FAX, but I did not receive any reply. The details of my application are:
PD-Aug 99
RD-12/00
ND-1/01
FP-3/01
EAD-3/01
WAC no-01 065xxxx.

 I have read in this forum that those who had applied for I-485 in March and later had got the approval. Any idea how the INS takes cases from the shelf? Is it based on WAC No. or PD?

Any one with WAC No earlier than 01065xxxx still waiting for approval ,please give a reply.
