Anyone with WAC# 01-217-XXXXX heard EAD approval?

JIT processing times indicate that I-765 dates have moved until 07/05/01.

But, even though my notice date is 06/22, I have not heard the approval notice for EAD. People with notice dates of 06/26, 06/28 are getting EAD approvals.

Is there anyone in the same boat? Chick, newcomers where are you??????

I\'m in the situation. No EAD and No FP. I\'m wondering how people with later ND getting approvals. It might be because of our location. I\'m bit confused.

Waiting for the EAD approval.
Meanwhile,recived IEAD docuemnts from my attorney.

So, we\'ll wait for one more month and then probably go for a IEAD.

BTW,we did receive the FP notices.

Guys, my WAC is 01-223-5 (RD 04/30, ND 6/28)

I got my EAD card on Oct 1st.

The JIT report date means everything before 07/05 (ND)
has been assigned to an officer. If the officer assigned
to your case is sick, on holiday, slow etc then your case
won\'t get worked on.

The EAD card will eventually come.

I just checked AVM, my EAD got approved on Oct 10.
RD - 4/26
ND - 6/22
EAD - 10/10
No FP

I checked mine after seeing ur message. However, no luck yet !
No RFE either.

newcomers, kav rach, pump - heard your EAD approvals?

I have not yet heard mine - same ND (06/22) as yours.

People with later NDs are getting approved. I know that I can get an interim EAD. But what concerns me is that my file is being processed in a channel different from others.
