My interview has been rescheduled because the 90 days before 5 yrs was not over. I guess INS accidentally moved to quickly. Since they called and told me not to come for the interview, by when should I expect the date to be set againg by the San Antonio Do.

Thanks. Mine is not due to training of staff of uscis but bec it was scheduled too early. So I don't know if anyone ran in to this type of scenario.
 
can you post your timeline and part of the letter that tells ya about descheduling the interview

Why didnt you ask them when they called you? Ideally they should be scheduling you for the next available slot.
 
I applied 80 days before my 5 years was complete. So I was well within their 90 days less than 5 year requirement. The adjudicating officer left a voice mail that my interview was 2 days before my 5 years are over so it will have to be rescheduled.
