So my case was one of the unlucky ones who got stuck in name check hell.
Filed my 1447(b) suit a little over 120 days in the California Central District Court.
Today all defendants are served -- I'm going to file Proof of Service once I get all the return receipts.
I'm wondering if anyone has had success with 1447(b) suits recently?
What was your experience like?
Was it a breeze, did AUSA fight you all the way, was the judge on your side, did USCIS retaliate?
There's a wealth of information from almost 20 years ago in the Mandamus thread, but that's like 20 years ago.
