anyone with RD of Feb/Mar/Apr '02 still has app. rcvd status
please respond. We filed my wifes 485 in Apr '02 and the status
never changed. For the first FP we had to call the customer
service and the notice was generated. No new FP notice as
of yet...just wanted to see if anyone is in the same boat.

Wonder if your file is intact! Don't want to scare you! But if you have anyway to find that out, you should. Ask your lawyer.
 
No reason to be alarmed "yet". I would say wait till other people in/around your RD to start getting notices and then start pinging INS. It is very rare these days to hear of cases missing COMPLETELY.

If you have ever entered the country on AP etc. you can rest assured that your case is valid and has been entered in their system.

If you reviewed the statistics from this board, there is only 214 for March/02 got approval out of 4,000 application!

Don't worry and keep waiting , My RD: March/02, Heard nothing yet; but MY 3rd EAD and AP just got approval! I am in the same boat as your!! Still waiting!!!!! I wished the 485 work as fast as the EAD!

mango_pickle could be right

mine was a wac-01-296 case...and I really had a put a lot
of effort calling the CSC in order to get my file in place. I was
just wondering if there is someone else who do not have any
updates on their online status...so that I can start pinging
the INS...but I am not sure what the approach cld be as
there is no 949 area code number to call now-a-days.
the 800 number system is really useless..until the JIT is past
the receipt date. As far as other people getting FP notices,
applicants with notice date after mine have received FP notices
couple of months back...
