What I observed is that only the RFE folks are getting approved.
People like us without any RFE are just waiting and waiting.
Why is this.

Since they got RFE their files are in active status and so something is happening with them
And our cases might be uder some bench forgotten. Some how I'm getting this feeling seeing the trend.
Even the folks from OCT, NOV, DEC are getting approved and why not for the folks from SEP without any RFE's.

And also if you all notice the difference between the RD and ND for all of us is so big. I guess they just forgot our cases.
Should we all contact our respective lawyers so that if atleast they call INS and try to get the status of our cases.
