I have the similar dates as yours: my RD is may/99 and ND is june 4, 99 (EB1, FP: june 00, live in NJ). I talked with IIO several times in the past few weeks and I always got the same answer: 2 to 3 weks (or 3 to 4 weeks). If the iio\'s info is correct I should have been approved two weeks ago! I start to think whether it is worhtwhile to call the iio.
