My PD is 06/2002 and RD is 04/2004. i took a infopass and went to the center in chicago, asked them about my security and name check status, they said both are cleared. asked her whats the status of my case, she said its under review and after talking to her little bit, she said they are processing it by 485 filing date. just wanted to share with you.

Forgot to add that I initiated a Service Inquiry at NSC about 3 weeks ago. Got a reply that I case needs further review.

Also took an infopass appointment about 2 weeks ago and found out that all my security checks have been done and the case is waiting to be adjudicated.

I called NSC this morning and was able to get to an io officer which told me
that case is assigned to an io officer...

normally, how long after assigning to officer?
