Anyone with PD2002 and 485RD4/2004 still waiting

Anyone who is still waiting like me with PD in 2002. Mine is July 2002. I 485 RD April 2004 non concurrent filing of I485. (I104 was filed in Oct 2003 and approved in 2004).
Last FP done on May 15, 2007.

Just want to find out if there anyone else with me in the non-mving traffic lane.

Liked you username, we all are shiekhchillis dreaming about our GC while name check is cutting the branch on which we are waiting :)

PD July 2002, I-485 ND Jan 2004, I-140 Approved Feb 2005.
5th EAD/AP approved this month.

All in NSC.

Still Waiting for GC approval...
 
Good to know I have company

This give me a real warm and fuzzy feeling because now I have company.

Does anyone also have Shani in the planetary adjacency, or get run across by a black cat every morning, or walk under the ladder, or whatever "thing" that is responsible to do this to you?

Well I have always had to fight for everything that is mine. This is no different. I have written to Congressman, written to Ombudsman, initiated service inquiries.

If I don't get the mail by this Friday. On Monday I am going to write to USCIS to keep my file as sovenior and give it to someone who is last in the line.

This is height of frustration. I can not take it anymore.

I-140 AD: Jun 2005.
4 EADS...still going on...
I-485 AD: Don't ask this one. :(
1st AP Applied in April last week this year....and got an RFE and replied back....May 10 they recieved and no updates till now.....:eek:

I got the following reply after following it up with my congressman.

"Service records indicate that on June 13, 2007 the employment based I-485 applications referenced above were forwarded to a visa ready location waiting to be assigned to an officer for review. Please allow 30 - 60 days for processing."

Not sure what to interpret out of it. Any thoughts?

Long Wait

Nemo is sr most unapproved; GC Lover - just an inch ahead of me.
Mine is - PD july 5, 02; I-485 RD 12/29/03 ND 01/05/04. All NSC.
If we do not get it by end of this week or even tonight, we may be in for a long haul may be due to name check or other surprises?
