Anyone with ND on or before 3-7-06 waiting for EAD at NBC???

Hi There,
My ND(AOS marriage based) is Mar 7th 06. I haven't recieved EAD or Ap yet. I'm concerned b/c I have seen NDs which are after mine are getting approved for EADs. I don't get a RFE either, which could possibly slow things down for any case. I don;t see any latest LUDs on my account, the last they got updated was right after my biometrics in Mid Apr.
Anyone here in the same boat???? Would calling 800 no help??

Actually, try calling the number. You never know, there might be someone on the line who can help you for a change.
I was thinking that maybe something got lost in the mail, but you would have received an e-mail notification, too. So that's probably not it. If the service number fails again, make an infopass appointment to ease your mind.
 
I dont think calling the number will help, I was going to call for my AP, but they clearly say on the phone that unless it is 30 days past the normal time (which would be 120 for EAD and 90 for AP) and there has been no LUD change in the past >>60<< days, dont bother calling.... You must wait till it's that late...

Sucks but that's what they say.

When is your last LUD online?

Last LUDs were on 19th Apr. So one more month's wait in order to get any info from 800 no.
 
Hi ip_everywhere, I am also in the 'slow boat'... I have been waiting patiently with a ND of Feb 14, I still have no AP or EAD. Calling the 800 number so far has not helped me. I also notice people with a later ND getting AP and EAD. I am trying to be patient but it is getting harder everyday. I will keep you posted.

My last LUD prior to being approved was also April 19, it took a month from last LUD till I actually received the email notifying approval on May 19th.

So give it a few more days, hopefully you should hear from them if my timeline indicates anything.
