Depends on the day I was Dec 01 1999 and got approved last year. As of today, 4/15/2005 Nebraska is processing cases of Dec 24 1999 and before

My ND is Dec 99 and just a couple of days ago they sent me RFI. Let's see how much longer before I get approval.

What was the RFI about? I did my fingerprints for the second time on March 22nd, and I have not heard from them yet. My ND is Dec. 20 99.

gino I think you should contact USCIS and inquire about your case immediately. Maybe through your senator, attorney or whatever.
