Anyone with ND 04/20/01 or Prior waiting for FP?????

Hi ,
I have seen that most people who have ND\'s in April have got their FP Notice. I have not.
RD: April 4 , 2001
ND: April 20, 2001
RN: WAC-01-163-54254
Lawyer sent Faxes to INS, Directors and then to AILA in Washington DC.Now Lawyer is saying that wait for another 6 weeks.
Please post if there are other people in the same boat.

Right now, from Sep21, INS is shutting down for two weeks for auditing. This will slow down things. So, we have to wait.
