I dont think Caone could have gone for FP with FP notice....He should have definately got notice....and i am sure ND 03/16/01 was the last date of last FP batch

Yes, I rec\'d FP notice and was scheduled on 4/24/01.
As debo_nair said, I think 3/16 was the last date when INS issued FP notices.

i would like to know how come i have my index finger print when i file my I-485 ? it is for FBI check or emplayment card?

when we apply for the EAD card, we\'ll submit a FP card of the index finger (you can do the FP by yourself). We still need to get FP notice for FBI FP checking.
