Anyone with LUD or APPROVAL even when told Name/Security Check pending

Please post here if you had an APPROVAL or LUD activity since the last FP, even after being told by either TSC or FBI that NC or Security Check is pending. I am trying to get a sense of how significant and/or reliable this information is.
 
I am in the same boat...
No LUD after FP2 done...
Name Check as per them is still pending...
I would love to see someone approved while they say name check was pending...
 
I had LUD change today and yesterday, but with the same old message. Went to Infopass and found out pending BackgroundCheck
 
name check clear in 2005 and Name check pending again?

Dear gurus and all,

I get the name check clear in June 2005, but that time visa is unavailable.

But this time visa available, but IMG officer told me name check need to be clear again???

I get freakout again.

We have to figure out a way to get over the 2nd name check
